I have medium length hair and the contents of one box was enough to cover all of my hair. The hair dying process itself was a bit more work as you have to comb your hair w/ the cream dye rather than lathering it like bubble hair dye. I suggest having another pair of hands to help you through the process so to make sure your hair is coated evenly especially in the back of the head. The results were what I expected, shiny super black hair. My hair didn't feel dried out or damaged afterwards.
