We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $65+. 

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $65.

International shipping

We ship all international orders via DHL. Your estimated international shipping cost will be shown in your cart.

If an international order is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping fee as well as the return shipping and any customs and duties costs involved in returning the order to TokTok Beauty.

Please Note: Depending on the country, customs clearance can take up to 30 days, even if there isn't an issue.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the next 1-2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Please note during national holidays, orders may take longer to process than usual.

Free local pickup is available for San Fransico and Bay Area customers.

We at TokTok Beauty work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.

This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at customercare@toktokbeauty.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

Pickup orders: 30% restocking fee would apply for orders over 7 days. No cancellation would be made after 30 days.

Every single product you see is first put through a rigorous test to guarantee their safety, efficacy and authenticity. This includes internal testing, working directly with each brand, never purchasing from third parties and ensuring all products go through the FDA approval process.
