first off i feel the need to preface that the photos from judydoll are applied in a way to make the gloss soften as it reaches the edge of the lips so when using this you will get a more even application of color. i got rose martini and the color is quite similar but i'd say a tad bit darker, i presume the model in the photo had concealed their lips before application. the metal applicator has its pros and cons, it does feel nice and cool on your lips and doesn't get product stuck in it like a normal doe foot. however, it is kind of hard to control exactly how much product you're applying because the metal doe foot doesn't hold onto any product. because of that it can be hard to even apply the product over your whole lip. either way i really enjoy this gloss and do intend to repurchase once i've finished mine.
