Social Media Coordinator

TokTok Beauty, a Bay Area beauty boutique, is seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team! We're looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong presence on camera who can effectively articulate ideas into engaging content. The videos and content produced will be featured across various social media platforms. A strong interest in skincare and makeup is essential.

Position Type:
This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of social media and marketing experience (preferred)

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute both short-term and long-term strategies
• Skilled in writing, editing, and proofreading (experience in social media and eCommerce copywriting)
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates
• Prompt and professional response to social media comments, messages, and inquiries
• Familiarity with social media best practices
• Willingness to take on varied tasks as needed
• Problem-solving attitude
• Bonus: Graphic design skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the social media calendar across all platforms (with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• Lead content distribution across channels
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling visual assets
• Generate innovative ideas to increase organic engagement
• Pitch new strategies and solutions for social media growth
• Engage in community management across all social channels

Schedule:
Flexible availability, Monday through Sunday

Benefits:
Salary (Min-Max): $17.5-$23/hour with bonus included
