At TokTok Beauty, we aim to inspire and empower our customers, fostering their journey to becoming the best versions of themselves. As a Sales and Services Coordinator, your role encompasses the following responsibilities:
Client Service
● Listen to clients to determine their skincare needs and suggest products that
meet those needs based on your expertise.

● Engage clients in appropriate conversation while completing transaction.
● Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Process returns/exchanges in a courteous manner.
Store Presentation
● Assist in maintaining standards of store cleanliness and organization.
● Review all visual elements in the store and communicate missing or damaged
pieces to the manager or appropriate store leadership.

Merchandising and Operations
● Communicate inventory issues/concerns to manager or appropriate store
leadership.

● Participate in inventory control.
● Complete daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known

● Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are completed and executed within
the store in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Prior retail sales experience and managing a store/boutique. (1 year preferred)
Fluent in English. A plus if fluent in Vietnamese or Mandarin.

Requirements
Proven retail sales and customer service experience (Training will be provided)
Good communication skills
Passion for customer service, selling, and products knowledge
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
Flexible schedule, ability to work both weekdays or weekends (Not required but a plus)

Benefits:
Salary (Min-Max): $17.5-$23/hour with bonus included
