5x stronger, but ... it doesn't necessarily work any better than the regular lemon, which I think I like better. It's fine, but so is the regular lemon flavor.

I really like this mouthwash it feels like it’s getting all the gunk off my tongue. I still I have to get use to the taste and feeling but it’s not too bad.
