I love this toner. From the very first use, it has made my skin soft and smooth. It'swonderful!
My skin has been feeling dry and damaged from the cold air but this toner was easy to layer into my current skin care routine. It’s also nice to put on multiple layers if my skin needs extra hydration. I definitely would buy this again.
