I had damaged my skin barrier and this toner helped me a lot.
After using the cream every night, I can see the difference before and after. My hands and fingers do look brighter but you have to keep using it regularly, and nightly. The best way is to keep your hands moisture and then apply this cream, it will give you amazing result :)
